Marketing Manager – Mattress Division

Key reponsibilities:

  • Manage and personally grow a team, bring new ideas to life across digital, social, email, PR, print, exhibitions and more.
  • Idea Generation: Unleash your creative thinking to generate groundbreaking marketing strategies and communications that resonate with our customer base and the end consumer.
  • Brand Activation: Strengthen our brand presence and ensure consistency in messaging. Create compelling stories that highlight our unique products and mission.
  • Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to track campaign success and make informed decisions. Share your results with senior leadership and suggest improvements.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently for maximum ROI.
  • Understand retail marketplace opportunities and help to lead and develop our presence in this arena.
  • Third-party Collaboration: Work with external agencies to deliver top-notch creative materials.

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 3 years relevant experience, possibly as a Marketing Executive and looking for the next step in the career journey.
  • A commercially sharp individual with proven experience of working with all parts of the marketing mix from conceptualisation to delivery.
  • Capable of innovative thinking for problem-solving, adept at prioritising tasks and equally as happy working alone or as part of a small team,
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to take on varying tasks through to completion.
  • A strong communicator both internally and with outside stake holders.
