Leading the Way with Ecofoam
Sustainability and recycling are central to Ecofoam. Made from 100% recycled and re-engineered foam, it offers a more responsible alternative without compromising on quality or performance.
Ecofoam is built around a circular process, where materials are continuously reused rather than discarded. Foam offcuts are collected and re-engineered into new foam, which is then used within products such as mattress bases. At the end of its life, the material can be recycled again — reducing waste and extending the lifecycle of the product.
This approach helps minimise environmental impact while maintaining a consistent, high-quality material that meets the demands of everyday use.

Taking Responsibility for Our Environmental Impact
As part of our ongoing efforts, we’ve made the decision to offset 325 tonnes of carbon from the 2024 financial year. This will be achieved through the Cikel Brazilian Amazon REDD+ Project, located in Pará, Brazil. The project focuses on preventing emissions from planned deforestation by protecting forest areas and promoting improved forest management practices.
Alongside protecting biodiversity, the project also supports local communities and contributes towards six Sustainable Development Goals.
We are also continuing to support UK tree planting initiatives, building on the work we’ve carried out over the past two years.

While Ecofoam is a key part of our sustainability journey, it sits within a broader commitment to continuously improving how we operate as a business.
Over the past year, we have:
