GNG Sport launches Hit360® tackle bag range of rugby training equipment

Radical plans to reduce high tackles & head to hip injuries in Rugby! World Rugby is currently reviewing radical plans to improve safety The answers will lie not just in training but in rugby training equipment!

With the safety of athletes at the forefront of the design of all our sports products and with innovation as the driver of our rugby training equipmentGNG Sports Division has developed the Hit360® Tackle Bag range of training equipment in answer to this need. Miss-timed and poorly placed tackles are responsible for 76% of all concussions that occur. The Hit360® tackle bag aims to improve the training and accuracy of rugby tackles in game situations and ultimately eliminate such injuries from the game.

Tested & Approved by one of the GuinnessPro14 clubs, the Hit360® has unique strategically placed Hit Zones® to ensure the correct rugby tackle techniques (head up, timing, focus on hit point, wrap-up). Closed cell foam in the #hitzones® means the tackle feels right when the technique is right. With the clearly defined hitzones® placed at the optimum tackle points of the midriff and thighs to eliminate high tackles and hip strikes, the Hit360® is also designed for the attacker to automatically wrap their arms around the defender encouraging safer and legal tackles.
