History
With a heritage of more than 40 years, GNG Group has established itself as an international brand leader, supplying performance foam products for the healthcare, consumer and contract mattresses and sports and safety sectors.
Known for outstanding quality and service, all of our products are manufactured by our 100-strong team at our facilities in West Yorkshire.
Our ongoing investment programme includes the recent completion of a brand new 45,000 sq ft factory and warehouse to complement our nearby Wakefield facility, providing capacity for the continued growth of our mattress and sports divisions.
Our knowledgeable product development team carries out all product design and testing in-house. This expertise, combined with years of foam manufacturing experience and the very latest design and production equipment, means we can make high volumes of quality foam products with fast and efficient lead times – we currently produce over 150,000 mattresses a year!
Having achieved carbon neutral certification in 2019, we also work hard to find environmentally-friendly solutions, including recycling foam offcuts and using our trademarked reconditioned Ecofoam where possible.
As a leading name in British-made mattresses, we have become one of the largest indirect suppliers of medical mattresses to the NHS. We take this commitment to quality to all the sectors in which we work, making us a valued and trusted supplier of a number of specialist, innovative foam-based products.
